All the information given to us by the customer is confidential (First and last name, Credit Card, Email, Address, cell phone e.t.c) and never will be given to the third party person or company!


On Time Guarantee: If reservation was made 24 hours ahead, we can guarantee your pickup On time/Any Time. Excludes weather-related delays.


Reservations: We recommend that our clients book a car ahead of time. At least 12 hours in advance. (at no additional charge) to be guaranteed a car at time of pick up.All details (Flight#, AM/PM time, date, type of car, e.t.c) must be confirmed with office by will not be charged at the time of the reservation and only used to hold the reservation. Final charges will be processed after service has been rendered. Final charges may vary! (Tolls, extra stops, waiting time, e.t.c). For the total amount over $100, we will charge 25% NON REFUNDABLE Reservation holding fees from the total amount.


Cancellation: All cancellations must be made 12 hours ahead to avoid cancellation fees. For less than 12 hours cancellation will be charged 50% of cost. For last minute cancellation 100% Fees will be charged from the Credit card. 100% fees will be charged for customer no show status too.


Waiting Time: We know arrival times are beyond your control so we allot 30 minutes plane to car transit for domestic and 45/50 minutes for International flights after gate arrival time! Please alert us at the time of booking your reservation to avoid any additional charges. Waiting time charges may apply after the complimentary (15 minutes) waiting time expires. Additional fees will be charge in 30 minute increments.


Gratuity: A 20% tip (gratuity) will be added to every trip. If you paying by the credit card, there is no need to pay extra gratuity to the drivers unless you would like to.


Credit Card Transactions: A credit card is needed to hold all reservations. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We will then charge your card after the trip has been completed. All the receipts will be send by email.


Damages Resulting From Your Act: Lux Black Car Service will charge you the cost of cleaning the vehicle as result of you or your authorized party Getting Sick in, or damaging the vehicle. You also agree and acknowledge to pay all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its normal working condition!


  • Vomit/Sickness – $500/incident for cleaning fee,
  • Broken/Missing glassware – $15.00/glass,
  • Burns – $800/incident for replacement or repair,
  • Upholstery Tears – $700-1,000/incident for replacement or repair and/or opening a car door into another vehicle or stationary object.
  • Actual amount will be billed per repair fee and time out of service for the vehicle.

There is a no-smoking policy for all of our vehicles!!!
